One of our prestigious clients in the UAE is looking for a motivated Testing and Commissioning Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical equipment testing procedures and the ability to coordinate daily site testing activities. SALARY: Negotiable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate day-to-day Testing and Commissioning (T&C) site activities with the testing team.
• Assist in testing HV and LV electrical equipment in accordance with approved testing procedures and practices.
• Support testing activities for switchgear, transformers, cables, Ring Main Units (RMUs), and associated electrical equipment.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, commissioning records, and supporting documentation for client and consultant submission.
• Organize and plan daily testing activities, including manpower allocation, test equipment availability, and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representatives to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor the progress of testing activities and communicate updates to the relevant project personnel.
• Ensure testing documentation and site activities follow approved procedures and applicable safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or an equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of HV and LV electrical equipment testing procedures and practices.
• Experience coordinating with Testing and Commissioning (T&C) teams for daily site activities.
• Familiarity with switchgear, transformers, cables, RMUs, and related electrical equipment.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical reports, commissioning records, and supporting documentation.
• Good organizational, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, consultants, and OEM representatives.
