Job Description

One of our prestigious clients in the UAE is looking for an experienced Project Managers to join their team. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) and have 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering projects, project planning, execution, and management. SALARY: AED 18,000–20,000 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, manage, and oversee electrical engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and related engineering activities.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings, technical documents, method statements, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks, technical challenges, and potential delays, and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Manage project costs, monitor expenditure, and ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with approved designs, applicable standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular project meetings and site inspections to review progress and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, technical documentation, and other required project records.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering project management.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Experience in project scheduling, budget management, resource planning, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, risk management, and project safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
