A fast-growing engineering company in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking experienced Senior Landscape Estimation Engineers to support prestigious landscape and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, supporting successful tender submissions, and contributing to efficient project execution.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for large-scale landscape projects.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate estimation inputs.
• Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive estimation reports and tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and project specifications.
• Propose value engineering and cost-optimization solutions to enhance project competitiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape estimation, with senior-level project exposure preferred.
• Strong expertise in landscape estimation, design, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in estimation software and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Solid knowledge of landscape materials, supplier sourcing, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE/Gulf project experience is an advantage.
