One of our prestigious clients in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an accomplished Senior Architecst to lead high-profile luxury architectural projects from concept through completion. The role requires strong expertise in BIM, advanced design tools, UAE regulations, and sustainability frameworks, with a proven ability to deliver world-class architectural solutions aligned with Dubai’s vision for smart and sustainable urban development.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and delivery of luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop architectural concepts through to construction documentation and authority approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, Trakhees, and relevant UAE authorities.
• Utilize BIM workflows to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure design accuracy.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Integrate sustainable design principles aligned with Al Sa’fat, Estidama, and LEED.
• Present high-quality design proposals and visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor architectural teams and manage consultants to maintain design excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 12 years of architectural experience, including 5+ years in the UAE (preferably Dubai).
• Registered Architect with Dubai Municipality or equivalent professional body.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (expert level), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• Strong experience using BIM tools such as BIM 360 and Navisworks.
• Proficiency in rendering and visualization tools (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion).
• Experience with parametric design tools such as Grasshopper.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and VR/AR presentation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and sustainability frameworks.
• Proven leadership, client management, and project delivery skills.
