Job Introduction

One of our prestigious clients, a Dubai-based architectural and engineering design firm, is seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialists to lead the implementation and management of advanced BIM, AI, and automation-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will support architectural and engineering teams by developing data-driven BIM models, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) BIM frameworks, and driving the firm’s transition toward a fully integrated, technology-led design environment.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across architectural and engineering projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced BIM models using automation and AI-driven tools.
• Apply ISO 19650 standards and ensure compliance with UAE Dubai Municipality BIM requirements.
• Utilize AI-based generative design, clash detection, and analytics tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Manage interdisciplinary coordination using cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including digital twins, IoT integration, and predictive analytics.
• Provide technical guidance and BIM standards support to internal project teams.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between design, engineering, and technology teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in BIM modeling, coordination, or AEC technology roles.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using AI and automation tools in BIM workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Python.
• Strong experience with AI tools for AEC, including generative design and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of AEC digital workflows, digital twins, and sustainability analytics.
• Exposure to UAE DM BIM regulations and local authority standards is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
